What this site is

GTA 6 Companion is a free, fan-made information site about Grand Theft Auto VI. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. By using the site you accept these terms.

Information, not advice

We work hard to label what's confirmed, what's pending and what's been debunked, but everything here is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Release dates, prices and features belong to Rockstar and can change without notice — for purchase decisions, rely on official Rockstar channels.

Intellectual property

Grand Theft Auto, GTA and associated marks and artwork are the property of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., referenced here for identification only. Our own original content — text, design, code — belongs to us; quote it with a link, don't republish it wholesale.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site: no scraping at volume, no attempting to disrupt the service, no using the waitlist with addresses that aren't yours.

Waitlist, promotions and prize draws

You need to be 16 or over to use the site and join the waitlist. Prize draws and promotions are separate and stricter: those are open only to entrants aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.

We decide which countries each promotion is open to. Every promotion has its own rules, published before you can enter, setting out the eligible territories, the dates, the prize and how the winner is chosen. Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law, and we may exclude any country, or withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time.

Entry is always free. No purchase is ever necessary and buying anything never improves anyone's chances.

Where a specific edition or platform cannot be delivered to a winner's country, we may fulfil the prize in their own region, or substitute a prize of equivalent value.

We may disqualify entries that are duplicated, automated, made with disposable addresses, or where someone refers themselves. Winners are verified before anything is awarded.

Any promotion here is run by us alone. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony, Microsoft or Apple.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. It's a free fan project — use it as one.

Changes

We may update these terms as the project evolves; the effective date above always reflects the current version.
