The short version

We collect the email address you give us on the waitlist, plus the handful of details that make it work — nothing else. No tracking cookies, no analytics profiles, no ads, no selling data. Ever. The site is meant for people aged 16 and over.

What we collect

Waitlist. The address you enter, when you joined, whether you confirmed it, the language you were reading in, your own invite code and the code of whoever invited you, and whether you told us you're a player or a creator.

Creator applications. If you apply to the creator programme, the platform, handle and audience size you choose to give us.

Anti-abuse. A one-way hash of your IP address at signup, so we can limit how many signups come from one place. We never store the address itself and cannot work it back out.

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, request time) to run and secure the service. We don't use them to identify you.

What we use it for

To tell you when we launch, and for occasional updates about the project. No spam, no third-party mailing, and every email includes a way out.

Where it lives

The waitlist is stored in our own database on servers in the European Union (Germany), accessible only to us. It is never shared with, sold to, or rented out to anyone.

Cookies & tracking

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. That's why there's no cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to.

Your rights

Want your address removed or want to know what we hold about you (it's the one row described above)? Email us at contact@elmlabs.dev, or reply to any email we send — deletion is immediate and permanent.

Age

The site and the waitlist are meant for people aged 16 and over, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone younger. Prize draws and promotions require entrants to be 18 or over. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the record.

Changes

If this policy ever changes in a way that matters, we'll say so prominently on the site before it takes effect.
